2009 Miss Asia Pageant was held at the Headquarter of ATV last night. 21 year old black horse Hui Ying took the crown. First runner up went to Wong Hei Yiu, who had so much negative press before hand, but it didn’t influence the judges. Second runner up was Hui Kai Wai.
